Barb Van Hare

Barb is a Co-Active Faculty Member for the world-renowned Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and a Professional Certified Coach through the ICF. She has a Master of Arts Degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Business, and Bachelor of Arts Degrees in International Studies and French from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon.

She has extensive consulting experiences as a leader with Accenture, IBM Global Services, and Envision Business Consulting. She deepened her leadership and organizational development skills as a Director of Talent Development for First Data Corporation and Director of Organization Effectiveness at TW Telecom.
