Building Change Resilience: Leadership Skills for Navigating Complexity

Leading your team through change takes clarity, courage, and intention. Building your competency and capacity for change will help you and your team navigate increasing complexity and change and boost your overall productivity and effectiveness.

Your employees, teams, and organization need your support to navigate the ups, downs, and curve balls of daily professional life. As a leader you must communicate a clear vision for the future. You must also help your employees leverage their strengths, anticipate and proactively manage dips, and know what to expect along the change journey. This will allow you to unleash the full power and potential of your organizations.

The impact of increasing pace and scope of change in an organization can bring about a tremendous amount of stress, friction, and distraction. Your workforce may be overwhelmed, frustrated, or burning out. Engagement might drop, and the workplace culture could feel unfocused, chaotic, and even toxic when the amount of change, the pace of change, or the intensity of change is too much. Everyone in the organization needs to learn how to expand their competency and capacity for navigating change and you need to lead the way.

This program is open for a group of managers in mid-sized companies, startups, and business units at multinational corporations. It is designed to equip them with skills to embrace and model change resilience. This program is proven to expand leaders’ competency and capacity for change with technology leaders across different industries.

Don’t let the fear of change hold you back. Unleash your leadership potential.
